Our Services
We design and install residential and commercial solar PV systems across Southern California — from permit to final inspection. Every system is engineered for maximum production and long-term reliability.
Pair your solar array with a battery storage system to store excess energy, protect against outages, and reduce time-of-use costs. We install and configure leading storage solutions for homes and businesses.
From single-family home chargers to multi-unit commercial fleets, we handle the full scope of EV charging installation — design, trenching, panel work, and activation. We work with all major charging networks.
Older panels can't support today's energy demands — solar, EV chargers, heat pumps, and more all require adequate capacity. We upgrade your electrical service safely, quickly, and to code.
Our licensed C-10 electrical team handles the full range of residential and commercial electrical work — from new construction rough-in to service calls, troubleshooting, and code compliance upgrades.
Accessory dwelling units require a complete electrical scope — from new sub-panels and metering to full interior wiring and EV-ready outlets. We manage the electrical from design through final inspection.
Standalone battery backup systems keep critical loads running during grid outages — no solar required. Ideal for homes, medical equipment users, and businesses that can't afford downtime.
Before you invest in solar or upgrades, let us analyze your energy usage and identify the highest-impact improvements. We help you maximize rebates, reduce waste, and build a smarter energy strategy.
Solar Programs
Through our partnership with Participate.Energy, going solar has never been more straightforward. No credit check, no lien on your home, one simple prepayment, zero monthly payments, and the potential to start saving from day one.
No FICO score or credit underwriting required. Everyone deserves access to clean energy.
Your property stays free and clear. No UCC filing or encumbrance of any kind.
This program is structured to reduce your upfront cost compared to a traditional cash purchase.
Battery storage keeps your home powered when the grid goes down. Peace of mind, built in.
Selling your home? The agreement transfers seamlessly to the new owner — no credit check for them either.
After your one-time prepayment, there are no monthly lease payments.
System performance is monitored remotely at no extra cost for the life of the agreement.
The system is maintained and warranties are managed on your behalf — you don't have to worry about a thing.
Starting at the 6th anniversary of your installation, you have the option to purchase the system at its fair market value. At that point, the fair market value gets offset by any remaining obligations — which may result in a very low or even minimal cost to you. There's no obligation to buy, but the option is there on any anniversary after year 6, or if you sell your home after that point. At the end of the lease term, you can also choose to purchase at fair market value, renew the agreement, or have the system removed at no cost.
The San Diego Solar Equity Program (SDSEP) is a City of San Diego initiative funded through a partnership with SDG&E that provides financial incentives to help income-qualifying homeowners install solar PV systems at little to no cost. The program is designed to bring clean energy access to underserved communities across San Diego.
Who qualifies: Homeowners residing in the City of San Diego (or unincorporated San Diego County for the County Pilot) with a total household income at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Phase 1 prioritizes residents in Communities of Concern, Environmental Justice communities, and HEART program participants. Phase 2 expands eligibility to all income-qualifying City of San Diego residents.
What you get: A per-watt incentive for systems up to 6.5 kW (single-family homes) that can cover most or all of the installation cost. Additional incentives are available for electrical panel upgrades. All equipment must be new and installed by an eligible solar contractor.
How it works: Your solar contractor submits a Reservation Request on your behalf, followed by an Incentive Claim once the system is installed and receives Permission to Operate (PTO) from SDG&E. The incentive is paid directly to the contractor and applied to your project cost.
If you have a friend, neighbor, or family member who's been thinking about solar but assumed the opportunity passed — send them our way. There are still great options available that make going solar affordable and hassle-free.

"Derek and his team went above and beyond. Made the solar process completely hassle free. They did EVERYTHING — I signed a few papers and that was it. I would recommend Sunbrook to anyone who wants solar."
"I am so happy I found Sunbrook Solar. They were able to come and install an EV charger in my garage, even though my wiring is old and outdated! They did such a good job, left the area spotless, and even painted it to match my roof!"
"My wife and I met with 5 different solar companies before finding Sunbrook Solar Power. We were instantly impressed by the expertise, honesty, and professionalism Derek brought to the table. He took extra time to tailor our system to our family's needs. The job looks impeccable."
"Sunbrook Solar handled everything from system design, installation, permits, and SoCal Edison applications. Their communication and professionalism during the process was second to none. I got quotes from many other solar companies and Sunbrook far surpassed them all."
"Derek and the Sunbrook Solar crew are the ultimate in service! The trust, promptness, cleanliness and professionalism was there from the start. Derek translated the different scenarios for each and every issue we were in doubt about. His patience and concern for exactly what our needs were was a great source of comfort."
"Honesty and truth is what you'll receive from Derek. I have had 3 or 4 solar companies work on my system. It's a large and complicated system with energy storage and Derek was the only person that knew what he was doing. Derek is 'The Man!'"
